• Confirm the electrical, mechanical, material, and assembly requirements that are fixed before requesting a quote.
• Identify tolerance-sensitive features, inspection requirements, and any approved alternatives the manufacturer may propose.
• Send the current revision, production stage, quantity, and acceptance criteria so the supplier can review the correct build intent.
