Shipping Methods
We offer flexible shipping options to meet your specific needs:
- Express Delivery (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS): 3-5 business days. Ideal for prototypes and urgent orders.
- Air Freight: 5-10 business days. Cost-effective for medium-sized shipments.
- Sea Freight: 20-30+ days. Most economical for large mass production orders.
Turnaround Times
Our standard production lead times are separate from shipping times:
- PCB Fabrication: 2-5 days for prototypes, 5-10 days for mass production.
- PCB Assembly: 10-15 days standard.
- Box Build Assembly: ~2 weeks.
Note: Lead times may vary based on quantity, complexity, and component availability. Expedited services are available upon request.
Customs & Duties
We handle all export documentation required from China. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees in their destination country. Our team can assist with commercial invoices and packing lists to facilitate smooth clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number and logistics link. You will receive real-time updates on your shipment's status until it reaches your doorstep.
